We are thrilled to be expanding our bakery with our very first baker’s oven! From February, we are offering fresh bread for pick up from Thornhill, D&G twice a week, on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS.

Our bakery bakes fresh sourdough bread, pretzels, bagels and pastries. While the white loaf is the most popular (and rightly so!), we also recommend trying our Einkorn or rye mixes packed full of flavour and goodness, or our traditional wholemeal soda bread with honey for a delicious treat that does you good as well. We never use preservatives in our bread - unless specified otherwise, the key ingredients will always be organic flour, salt, and water.

For a treat, our sourdough brownies and cinnamon rolls always hit the spot, and if you’re craving a bit of comfort on a cold morning, try our range of fresh pastries including croissants, pain au chocolat and more.

We use organic produce for all our products and source locally where possible.
