
Our Story
Having started their first market stall in Manchester back in 2015, Adam and Isabel soon missed the food business after moving to Dumfries & Galloway.
The new family business was to be called Triko’s (pronounced Trai-ko’s) after Adam’s beloved grandad Trajko, a Serbian immigrant who shared his love for good bread, cured meats, pickles and arguably the world’s best potato salad.
Starting small with the classic salt beef bagel stall, Triko’s has rapidly grown a fanbase around Dumfries & Galloway and now offers a range of catering services, as well as made to order sourdough breads, rolls and pastries.
Our mission is to create dishes from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients that are good for the body and the soul.
